Please remind that Muay Thai has evolved as fighting art of the Thai people for over a thousand of years.

Main Characteristics

  1. Muay Thai is a special fighting art in that it utilizes all parts of the body to be the weapons of fighting in both offensive and defensive move.
  2. Muay Thai comprises of many moves that blend the uses of body parts such as fists, feet, knees, and elbows in such a way that is called "Mae Mai Mauy Thai".
